I have not gone through the entire book. It appears that the first few chapters a difficult to read. I wish this book came with better illustrations of each part of the computer. I plan to keep it and attempt to go through the entire book. I'll let you know more info after that.

I only used this product for my test and missed only about 5 of 100 questions. That being said, it was not perfect, there were a few things on the test not covered here. You probably should be very comfortable with computers before reading this, it is not for absolute beginners.

I've got a lot of experience with pc repair and troubleshooting, but I still learned some things I didn't know. A problem I have with the Complete is that some sections of the book are repeated word for word later on while other parts of the book tell you to refer to other chapters. If you do use the book, read the whole book before you take the essentials exam. The ... Read More
